ElectroQuote Privacy Policy

ElectroQuote ("the App") is a mobile application designed to help electricians create and send professional electrical quotes. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

ElectroQuote is designed with privacy in mind. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or business data on external servers.

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your company name, license number, phone number, email address, and business address (entered in the Company Profile screen)
• Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job addresses (entered when creating quotes)
• Quote details including room types, electrical features, pricing, and status

How We Use Your Information

All information you enter is used solely to generate and send electrical quotes within the App. Specifically:

• Your company information is used to populate the header of generated quote PDFs
• Customer information is used to address and send quotes via email or text message
• Quote data is stored locally so you can review and manage past quotes

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of generating electrical quotes.

Data Storage

All data entered into ElectroQuote is stored exclusively on your device using your device's local storage. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us or any third party. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

Data Sharing

ElectroQuote does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information or customer data with any third parties.

When you choose to send a quote via email or text, the App uses your device's native Mail app or iOS Share Sheet to send the message. In these cases, your data is handled by Apple's native iOS services and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We have no visibility into or control over how Apple processes this data.

PDF Generation

Quote PDFs are generated entirely on your device. No quote content is transmitted to any external server during PDF generation. PDFs are temporarily stored in your device's local cache and are accessible only through the App or your device's Files app.

Third-Party Services

ElectroQuote does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not contain any tracking pixels, third-party SDKs for data collection, or advertising frameworks.

Children's Privacy

ElectroQuote is intended for use by adult electrical contractors and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information at all times. You can:

• Edit or delete your company profile at any time within the App
• Delete individual quotes from the home screen
• Delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
